Non return valves or check valves are used in piping systems to prevent the backflow of water. When pumping water from water sources such as rivers, boreholes, reservoir dams e.t.c to elevated tanks. Non return valves are used to maintain water in pipes and thus prevents filling an entire pipe.

Grekkon supplies two types of non return valves:

• Flap type
• Spring type
